This policy covers the "Built With Prompts AI" application, an internal tool used by the owner of the Built With Prompts AI YouTube channel to manage that channel through Google's YouTube APIs.
Who uses this application
Only the channel owner. The application is not offered to the public and has no other users.
What data is accessed
With the owner's consent, the application uses the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API to read the owner's channel information, video metadata and analytics, and to upload, update and schedule the owner's own videos.
How data is used and stored
- Data is used only to operate and report on the owner's channel.
- Analytics snapshots and reports are stored in the owner's private code repository.
- Authorization tokens are stored as encrypted secrets in the owner's private repository settings and are never written to source code.
- No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored tokens then stop working immediately.
